Initially, My influence for this piece was a bit of a jazz/ alternative feel. I used A differenet Steinway Grand Piano sound in my original piece, but I decided that for the second piece I would alter and change the feel of the Steinway Piano. I do hear the changes so strongly. After changing the Steinway Piano, my influence didn’t change because I want the piece to be suspenseful.

The Rhythm in this beat is uptempo but more on the alternative side in certain sections of the piece. The structure of my beat goes from “The Kick,” to the added Audio vocals.” The bass is the most important part because of its clearness and the jumpy tone that it caries. The beginning bass, is more of a funk feel, the second part of the bass has different elements of jazz but less funk.

I used A chords in the first Melody which is in Analog Funk. In the second Melody I used

I I used more chords for this portion of the Harmony because I wanted this portion of the beat to have more of a “jumpy disco sound,” but this element is so strong in how entire piece comes together and flows.

In the process of recording the audio, I was inspired by a choir, usually when I’ve seen horror films and the main tracks are played throughout the film, the horror song has a disctinct voice or choir singing in the background, I actually like this element because it gives the song a different feel. I also used rain effects because I wanted the song to sound like water was running, which means I could be near a river, outside in the rain or running a water faucet continuously. I also used Time Based effects on the vocals to clean them up and to make them sound stronger, and clearer. I used Dynamic EQ in attempt to raise the vocals and the water sounds also. I analyzed both sets of vocals as well, in the process of cleaning them up

This piece has a unique style and groove. I didn't really have any inspiration to create this track, I just wanted to attempt to create something different, that could actually be utilized or has the potential to be utilized
